A Lyra (also called Aerial Hoop) is a circular steel apparatus resembling a hula hoop suspended from the ceiling, on which you perform aerial acrobatics.

Students will be able try out different types of pole moves, practice, or ask questions on how to learn a specific move. This class is not as formally taught as our other classes, but will include a group warmup and instruction on all the basics. No prior experience is necessary to join this class, and you can just show up (there's no need to register in advance).
