RESERVE YOUR SPOT FOR AERIAL SILKS! Our Intro to Aerial Silks class on Saturdays at 11am has become crowded, so we have opened up a new class on Saturdays at 10am. Equipment is limited so drop ins for these classes are on a first-come first-serve basis! If you would like to prepay and reserve your spot, please visit our register online page. Members can text 862.485.1233 to reserve their spot.

Mondays

6-7pm beginner bellydance

Calling all bellydance beginners!!! Join this class anytime if you want to learn the ancient art of bellydancing. This class is ideal for first timers and beginners, and even more advanced students who want to brush up on basics. Read more >>

Our Aerial Sampler class includes instruction on Aerial Silks (split silks), Aerial Hammock & Aerial Hoop (Lyra). Try out different types of equipment or ask questions about a specific move. Read more >>

8-9pm pole & aerial fitness

Get toned and fit to make those pole & silks moves easier! We'll work out your core, arms and legs while using the pole and silks as our fitness aid. Please note that this is a fitness class, you won't actually learn pole or silks moves. Read more >>

9-10pm pole dance level 2

Ready to go upside down? Go beyond the basic invert and learn more advanced combinations, routines & tricks. Students should be comfortable with climbing the pole and doing the basic invert before taking this class. Read more >>

6-7pm intro to pole dance

For first time pole dancers, beginners and those who want to start getting in shape or just have fun! Learn the fundamentals of pole dancing including walks, spins, transitions and basic moves. Read more >>

7-8pm cabaret style bellydance

This class is designed to improve basic technique as well as enhance your movement vocabulary through more complex drills and combinations. A perfect class for any beginner or intermediate level dancer. Read more >>

1st Friday Of Every Month

7pm $10 studio sampler

Drop in on the first Friday of every month to take our awesome studio sampler class! Our Studio Sampler class includes instruction on Pole Dancing and Aerial Silks. Students will be able try out different types of pole and silks moves, practice, or ask questions on how to learn a specific move. This class is not as formally taught as our other classes, but will include a group warmup and instruction on all the different types of equipment. No prior pole or aerial experience is necessary to join this class!
