Meditation Class Descriptions

DYNAMIC MEDIATION ~ with Debbie J

This meditation lasts for one hour and has 5 stages. 1st is a breathing technique to open our energies, 2nd is a catharsis stage which allows ourselves to unburden whatever emotions want to come out, 3rd stage is jumping to awaken our kundalini energy, 4th is standing still to witness, and the 5th is celebration in the form of dance and movement in however the body wants to move so this new aliveness can be carried and enjoyed throughout your day! It is best to have an empty stomach and wear loose, comfortable clothing. Bring your own floor pillow.

KUNDALINI MEDIATION ~ with Debbie J

This meditation lasts for one hour and has 4 stages. The first two stages - shaking and dancing - should be done with the spirit of playfulness, allowing the body to move in it's own way. The last two stages - sitting with music and then silence - are a deep witnessing of whatever is happening inside and out. Kundalini acts like an energetic shower, softly shaking you free of your day and leaving you refreshed and mellow. Bring your own floor pillow.

MANDALA MEDIATION ~ with Debbie J

A powerful technique that creates a circle of energy, resulting in a natural centering. There are four stages of 15 minutes each. 1st is running in place, 2nd is sitting and rotating the body gently around to awaken energies to our navel center, 3rd is lying down to do an eye movement exercise to bring our energies to our third eye, then the last step is lying down to be still and witness. Bring your own floor pillow.

NADABRAHMA MEDIATION ~ with Debbie J

This meditation lasts for one hour and has three stages. It is a sitting method in which humming and hand movements create an inner balance, a harmony between mind and body. Bring your own floor pillow.
