Blending hip hop moves such as waving, liquid, popping, strobing, tutting and gliding/floating into bellydance moves
creates a powerful and fun style of dancing.
About the class:
Join this class at any time! Our warm up consists of muscle toning exercises and yoga based stretching. After the warm up we move onto bellydance drills, which include arms, shoulders, chest, stomach, and hips. After our warm up and drills we work on our bellydance hip hop fusion choreography.
