Do I need to sign up or register?
No - there is no need to register, sign up or notify us in any way. You can drop in to any class at anytime!
How much does it cost?
All of our classes are $20 for a drop in, $75 for a package of 4 classes or $130 for a package of 8 classes. We also offer an unlimited classes membership that is $150/month. Click here to register and pay online! * for a limited time, our hoop dance and chair dance classes are only $10 a class!
Do I have to go to 4 or 8 consecutive weeks if I purchase a class package? Can I use the class package for any class?
You can go to any class at anytime using the 4 or 8 class package. You don't have to do 4 or 8 classes in a row, and you can use it for any class we offer. Click here to purchase a discounted class package online
How do I pay?
Pay the instructor with cash, credit or a check (made out to Wellness On The Green) when you arrive or, if you prefer to pay with a credit card, click here to register and pay online via PayPal!
If I pay online, what do I need to do?
If you prefer to pay with a credit card, you can do that by clicking here. Please bring your PayPal receipt to class and the instructor will give you a class card or setup your membership.
Which classes are included in the unlimited membership program?
Every class we offer is included in our unlimited membership program. You can go to as many classes as you want at anytime. Click here to sign up or to learn more!
If I purchase the unlimited monthly pass when would it start?
The unlimited monthly pass would start the day of your 1st class and end 1 month later. For example, if you purchase the membership and attend your 1st class on June 5th, your membership would be valid from June 5th through July 4th. Click here to sign up or to learn more!
What do I wear to class?
Bellydance: Wear yoga or stretchy pants that allow free movement - no jeans! - and a shirt or tank top that is not too loose (we want to be able to see your movements). You can wear a cropped top and bare your stomach if you choose, but most students do not. You can dance barefoot or with socks. Most students also wear coin belts or hip scarves, which are available to buy or borrow at class.
Pole Dance: Comfortable workout clothing is advisable. For more intermediate moves, please wear shorts. Heels or sneakers are not allowed - most students pole dance barefoot, with socks or soft soled shoes.
Aerial Silks & Aerial Hoop (Lyra) : Leggings, tights or stretchy pants that fit closely around the ankles are best along with a tight fitted T shirt, tank top or leotard. Bare feet.
Hoop Dance: Wear yoga or stretchy pants that allow free movement - no jeans! - and a shirt or tank top that is not too loose.
Chair Dance: Wear yoga or stretchy pants that allow free movement - no jeans! - and a t shirt or tank top.
Do I need to bring anything to class?
Nope! For bellydance, bring a hip scarf of you have one! If not, we have hip scarves available to purchase or to borrow. For Hoop Dance, bring your hoop or borrow one of ours. For pole dance you can bring your own cleaner and towel, or you can use ours. Some classes include a yoga-like warmup. We have yoga mats available to borrow, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
Is there space available for me to attend class?
At this time all of our classes are open to new students, so you can drop in at anytime without notifying us, signing up or registering.

When does the next session start?
We do not have "sessions" for our classes. There is no need to register, sign up or notify us in any way. You can drop in to any class at anytime!
I am a beginner aerial silks student, or I have never taken a silks class. Which classes are appropriate?
For your first time we recommend that you take one of our "intro to aerial silks" classes - first timers and beginners are welcome to join these classes anytime!
I am a beginner bellydance student, or I have never taken a bellydance class. Which classes are appropriate?
Any of our bellydance classes will welcome a beginner, but unless the class is marked "beginner" there will be mixed levels in the class and these types of classes are usually faster paced than a beginner only class.
I would like to host a private party at your studio. Where can I find more information about this?
I would like to attend one of your classes with a group of friends. Is that ok?
If you are planning to come to one of our classes with a group of 4 or more, please call or text us at 862-485-1233 first to be sure there is room in the class. Some of our classes have limited equipment available, so if you attend with a large group we will run out of room. We try and keep the number of students in each class to 14 or less, so please be considerate to our other students and call before coming unannounced with a group. Thank you!
